This note came from a customer who experienced a delivery problem with UPS (She was leaving town for the Christening): I am not sure if I was able to let you know the package arrived about ten minutes before I was leaving the house!  The driver left the package at my neighbor's back yard and she never saw it and neither did I.  (Although I looked at her house as I talked with her and she said nothing came and UPS told me he left it at our garage ....the important thing to me was that I had it in time to travel!)  I am sure it was thanks to you and your calling so quickly to get them researching the problem and  on sending the driver here in time to retrace his steps.  As soon  as the driver came back he was knew exactly where he left it and it wasn't where he had written nor told his supervisor he left it so without him coming in time we would have never had it for the Christening.  The baby looked beautiful and his parents loved the outfit; so all worked out in the end. I just want to thank you again for the lovely baby attire but most of all your superior service and follow through!  I was always so impressed with your care and attention to your business and your product was just as good as your customer care and you couldn't get a higher compliment than that.  Thank you again for all of your help. Thank you, thank you......a thousand times thank you. I had placed an order with another online merchant but the order never arrived. When I called to find out where it was I was told they couldn't find an order from me. I was in such a panic when I called Christening Essentials on Wednesday as my son's ceremony was that Sunday.
